Deborah Flippen

Deborah Flippen is a Philadelphia native and Girls High graduate. She received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Bloomsburg University. There she became a proud member of the historic Greek organization, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., whose primary focus is sisterhood, scholarship, and service. She later received an academic scholarship from Widener University School of Law where she was awarded her Juris Doctorate.

Deborah represents a variety of clients on a wide spectrum of topics such as child custody disputes, divorce proceedings, and breach of contract claims. She specializes in extensive legal research and writing and utilizes those skills to meet the needs of each individual client effectively. Outside of work, Deborah enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles and spending time with family and friends.
